Are you investors or brokers?
BOTH – We are a well established network of investors with a sharp focus on the tri state area. Being established for 20+ years in the New York area, we have built extremely strong relationships with a wide range of investors. From large institutional firms to small mom and pop operations. Our technology focused approach allows us to sort our database by specific data points such as ideal asset type and acquisition price range.
We approach all our deals with the intention to purchase ourselves. If the deal does not work for us for whatever reason, we present it to a select group of investors with matching criteria. Having these options allow us to work on a wide range of deals and consistently deliver for both our clients and investors.

What types of properties do you focus on?
Being that our network has developed to 1,200+ investors in the past 20 years, we work on a wide range of asset types. Multi-family, mixed-use, industrial, retail and office buildings are all of interest to us. We purchase vacant lots as well.

Do you always provide a cash offer for all property submissions?
Some properties are simply not a good fit for us. In cases where we are not interested in purchasing ourselves, we will confidentially present the deal to select members of our network with matching criteria (with your permission of course). We always communicate with you every step of the way.
